Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bohix Glass. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Because our glass pieces are handcrafted with care, some custom or intricate items may require additional time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (US/EU): Estimated 7-10 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (or as specified in our current promotions).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your "art-piece" journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Bohix Glass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our EU customers, please note that VAT may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on your local regulations.
5. SPECIAL PACKAGING FOR FRAGILE ITEMS We take immense pride in our artisanal glass. To ensure your jewelry and ornaments arrive in perfect condition, every item is securely wrapped in premium shock-resistant materials and reinforced boxing. We treat every package as if it were a museum-grade delivery.
6. DAMAGES & "ARRIVED BROKEN" GUARANTEE We understand that glass is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered:
- Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
- If the item is broken, contact us at service@bohixglass.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide a clear photo of the broken item.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once the damage is verified.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Bohix Glass is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
