Custom Process
Contact Us
Reach out via email or WhatsApp—whichever you prefer. Share your inspiration and requirements with us. Reference images (photos, concept sketches, etc.) are welcome and helpful.
Feasibility & Quote
We will assess the feasibility of your idea and provide a quotation within one business day.
Secure Your Project
If you accept the quote, we will send a payment link for the custom deposit, which is typically 50% of the total quoted price.
Sampling
Upon receiving your deposit, we will promptly create a sample. We usually send sample images within 1-3 business days.
Important: If you are not satisfied with the sample at all and wish to cancel the project at this stage, we will issue a full refund of your deposit—you will incur no loss.Revisions & Finalization
Once you receive the sample images and approve them (fully or partially), you may request revisions.
Please note: From this point onward, the custom deposit becomes non-refundable. We guarantee revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design.Final Payment & Fulfillment
After the final sample is approved, we will send a payment link for the remaining balance. We will then proceed with processes like re-firing and reinforcement before shipping your piece.
Delivery & Damage Policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Please understand that custom-made products are non-returnable.
